Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all online course purchases, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued if more than 25% of the course has been accessed.
- All refund requests must be submitted to “Contact Us” section.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Service—including text, video, audio, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Lazarus Agapidis P.C. – telecomTech and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without express written permission.
